The Gift

I received the necklace in this picture sometime in late 2005. My cousin bought it for me before she died unexpectedly. She never had a chance to give it to me. I could never bring myself to wear it. I put it in a jewelry box for Rock Star. She's been home for over a month and she just put it on today. She went out of her way to show it to me. It took my breath away.
